We are seeing a remarkable uptake of clients / customer who are using their document repositories (such as IBM's ECM repositories) to really integrate with the way in which their employees work. I hear great work stories from people who are really pushing what they can do with technology to improve their productivity, and are often quite pleased to hear about the seamless way in which they can interact with IBM's ECM directly from their Microsoft Office productivity tools.
The other day I watched someone (who after watching I would now call a super duper power user!) zip'zap and work thru the cycle of check-outs/ins, versioning kicking off process all with remarkable speed via FIMO and the newly announced Content Navigator.
So, as more instances of FIMO are rolled out - this maybe an opportune moment to link to some of the diagnostic information that Administrators' can gather. What is neat is that these technotes go onto describe locations and other settings for preferences and data collection. Very handy.
